The services of Carfeld Building Surveying Limited can be utilised from conception through to completion which includes project management services, and includes:
•Identifying the requirements of our client
•Carrying out the feasibility study
•Design and preparation of appropriate drawings and specifications
•Identification and employment of sub contractors as necessary
•Giving advice in relation to procurement and contractual issues
•Organising site works including making regular site visits for quality and safety purposes, and attending site meetings as necessary
•Administering site works and appropriate certification
•Working to ensure that a timely completion is achieved within budget restraints
However, we also offer project management services as a separate facility that includes all aspects of the construction process which includes the planning, management and co-ordination of the construction phase of the project.
